Another Record of Publishing Because People Can’t Stop Stealing My Sh*t

I was peacefully starting my Sunday morning today when I got a DM from a friend that this store on Etsy was illegally distributing my original Hot To Go Chappell Roan design. When I saw that, I filed a copyright with Etsy and filed a complaint against their store in addition to sending a demand letter of removal via DM. But with that, I realized I need to re-upload some proof of publishing so people can’t steal from me so easily. I use this blog as a place to have a dated record of my artwork being published so here’s some of my latest pieces.

As the creator of these pieces, I am the sole copyright owner (Created by KG LLC) and do NOT give anyone permission to redistribute or repurpose my artwork.

Since my last posting, I've been really into stamps. These are stamps inspired by The Tortured Poets Department (part 1). I originally posted these as published on September 30, 2024 on my Instagram (post) and TikTok accounts.

I don't love this design but documenting that I made it nonetheless. Originally posted on Instagram on September 14, 2024.

My Halloween Taylor Swift collection is the cutest! Here's part 1 inspired by I Did Something Bad (part 2 is the stamp below). Originally posted on Instagram in early September 2024. I also did a bat design, below, that I never posted to social media but posting it here as record of publishing as well.

These are my Florida!!! inspired designs. The first version of this design was posted on my social media over 16 weeks ago today (Instagram post). Also posted on my TikTok August 23, 2024.

I originally posted these Sabrina Carpenter stamps on August 24, 2024 (TikTok). I love these. These can also be found on my Instagram.

These are my original Reputation stamps — one stamp per song. They were originally posted on my TikTok on July 27, 2024 as well as posted on my Instagram.

Now on to my most stolen artwork: The Hot To Go design. I re-did this design because I kept seeing it stolen everywhere. Now you can tell which ones are (Created by KG’s Version) truly out in the world. The original was posted on April 20, 2024 and my next version was posted on July 22, 2024. I call the second version Hotter to Go.

Here are some examples of people either fully stealing my design or running my design through an AI tool to come up with their “version”.

It’s incredibly frustrating to see people simply steal the design, the VERY LEAST you can do is try to copy it yourself using AI. I have since even stopped using lyrics really in my designs because of this stuff. So over it and constantly learning from my mistakes.

If you ever see people using my designs illegally, please email me.

My Team USA Olympics design from this year originally posted August 11, 2024

My airbrush series inspired by Chappell Roan posted August 3, 2024 and on Instagram.

My Folklore Stamps! I love these so much, they look amazing on a shirt. These were originally published July 26, 2024. These also come in an outline version.

My Taylor Swift eras stamps were originally posted July 23, 2024.

My best sellers: The Chappell Stamps. Originally posted July 24, 2024. Also copyrighted as the outlines. These were a recreation of an original stamp design that was… so so bad. I’m glad I redid them lol. Posting the original too just to show the contrast in my improvement.

My Good Luck Babe slot machine was originally posted June 29, 2024 (this might be my absolute fave doodle ever)

The Pink Pony Club designs I made were originally with the Santa Monica location and had more lyrics but as I’m trying to move away from lyrics in my designs, I redid the artwork. The original was posted May 24, 2024 and the updated version was created in September 2024 (social media post in the works).

Ok that’s it for now! She’s been real busy y’all! When I complete an artwork, I’ll do better of adding a blog post to my checklist once it’s done. Thanks for making it this far!
